Vivature SHO centers around a robust electronic Personal Health Record (ePHR) for your student body which helps your students take control of their health and wellness. This online record of immunizations, family and personal health history, medications, and emergency and primary care physician contacts is always accessible, and integrates fully with the Vivature Practice Management and Vivature Electronic Medical Record products.

Our built in immunization compliance module supports comprehensive and fully customizable school requirements while automatically supporting any state specific requirements. Immunization information entered online by students is available for compliance checking and reporting in Vivature Practice Management software.

Students have full access to the online appointment request component within Vivature SHO. They can look up available appointments from the active health center schedule and request appointments that fit their school or work schedules. This feature reduces the likelihood of no shows and cancellations at the health center, and reduces wait time by minimizing the number of walk-ins.

Vivature SHO provides waivers and other pre-screen materials. Students can print and complete these materials prior to arriving at the health center for an appointment, saving time and energy at check-in. During the encounter, the complete student entered ePHR is accessible for review from Vivature EMR.

Vivature SHO is packed with additional helpful features including: interactive polls, online educational materials, health and wellness tools, and broadcast alerts. We provide a secure messaging center for appointment reminders and confidential health center messages. Our extensive online health and wellness library offers evidence-based articles and information to help alleviate students’ questions and concerns and is available at any time. To reduce the workload of health center staff, we make health center maps, hours and information (including forms, fliers and waivers) available online to students.
